Itinerary

Day 1: Sunday, October 2: Depart for Italy

Make your way to your local airport, where you will board your overnight flight. Your meals will be served on board.

Day 2: Monday, October 3: Arrive Rome

Upon arrival, collect your luggage in the baggage claim area, and continue to the arrival's hall, where you will be greeted by a tour guide and/or driver, where you will be taken to your hotel. You will have free time to visit the area points of interest such as the Pantheon, the Piazza Navona, Market at Campo del Fiori and Altar of the Fatherland. Enjoy Mass in the St. Ignatius rooms where he lived and died. Following Mass you will visit the Church of the Gesu. Dinner at Trattoria Monti Roma II before retiring for the evening. + Tiramisu with dinner

Day 3: Tuesday, October 4: Rome

Early morning will start with breakfast and a tour of the Vatican Museum, St. Peter's, Jesuit Curia, The Sistine Chapel. After, proceed with a guided Scavi tour, (the catacombs beneath St. Peters). Enjoy Mass arranged by Father. Next you will tour the Gardens at the Curia. After Lunch on your own, enjoy a guided tour of the Colosseum for the full experience with access to the arena. Continue to Palatine Hill before Dinner on your own.

Day 4: Wednesday, October 5: Rome

After breakfast, visit Saint Peters Square and public Audience with the Pope. Continue with visiting Saint Paul Outside the Walls, which is the burial place of St Paul, Saint Mary Major Basilica and Trevi Fountain. Free Time for Lunch and Dinner on own. Overnight Rome.

Day 5: Thursday, October 6: Rome - Orvieto

After an early breakfast, we head to Orvieto (930AM) with a stop at Cantine Neri winery before continuing to the Cathedral and the Chapel dedicated to the miracle of the stained altar cloth which led to the establishment of the feast of Corpus Christi & Celebrate Mass at Celebrate Mass at The Chapel of the Stained Cloth. Visit Wells of St Patrick and Duomo and Cappela Del Corporale Underground. Enjoy delicious Italian lunch with wine. Dinner on own & Overnight Orvieto.

Day 6: Friday, October 7: Orvieto - San Gimignano

After an early breakfast, we head to San Gimignano (10:30AM). Stop in Siena for tour of St Catherine's ( both Basilica and Sanctuary) and lunch on own at the Piazza Del Campo. Check into your San Gimignano Hotel, and enjoy the hotel grounds before Dinner at Hotel Casorale on own. Overnight San Gimignano.

Day 7: Saturday, October 8: San Gimignano - Florence

Enjoy Mass before heading to Florence, where you will tour Uffizi and the Accademia. Free time to shop, lunch on own, and enjoy the city and sights. Dinner at hotel & Overnight Florence.

Day 8: Sunday, October 9: Florence - Assisi

Enjoy breakfast and your morning in Florence, before heading to Assisi. Upon arrival in Assisi (4:00PM), enjoy dinner and wine on the terrace of the hotel. Overnight Assisi.

Day 9: Monday, October 10: Assisi

After breakfast tour the city of Assisi! Visit sites like Assisi Basilica of St. Francis (upper and lower) Basilica of Santa Chiara. Head to the Santuario and caves before free time and dinner before retiring for the evening.

Day 10: Tuesday, October 11: Assisi - Perugia

After an early breakfast, Visit Santa Maria degli Angeli church just outside of Assisi. Head to Perugia enjoy the lunch on your own, tour the Sun City and buy a lot of Baci Chocolate! Dinner on our & Overnight in Assisi.

Day 11: Wednesday, October 12: Assisi - Fiumicino

This morning after breakfast, you will have free time in Assisi to shop and walk around. Continue to Cascia and celebrate Mass at the Monastery of Saint Rita. Enjoy a late lunch on your own and head back to Fiumicino and the Airport area in time for dinner on your own and overnight.

Day 12: Thursday, October 13: Return Home

Early morning departure for your return flights home.
