Sample Day-by-Day Itinerary:
Day 1: Depart USA
Depart from New York's JFK airport on your overnight flights to Turkey.
Arrival and transfer to hotel. Welcome briefing.
Day 3: Istanbul
Full day tour to include: Topkapi Palace (excluding harem), Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, St. Sophia and the Grand Covered Bazaar. Optional: Dinner with belly dancing entertainment.
Day 4: Gallipoli – Dardanelles – Canakkale
Morning departure for Gallipoli and visit Anzac Cove and Lone pine cemetery then across the Dardanelles to Canakkale for overnight.
Day 5: Troy - Pergamum – Kusadasi
Visit Troy with its famous wooden horse, tour Pergamum and continue on to Kusadasi for overnight.
Day 6: Ephesus & St. Mary’s House – Kusadasi
Tour the famous ruins of Ephesus and St. Mary’s cottage. Afternoon Optional: tour of Sardis or Srince
Day 7: Aphoridisias – Pamukkale
Drive through fertile valley’s to Aphrodisias city of Aphrodite, then continue to Pamukkale (white lime cascades).
Day 8: Hierapolis – Marmaris
Morning visit Hirepolis .Then motor south to the resort city of Marmaris, afternoon is free.
Day 9: Marmaris - Rhodes
Morning transfer to port for hydrofoil trip to Rhodes, Greece. Arrive and transfer to hotel for overnight.
Day 10: Rhodes
A day at leisure; you may visit Old Rhodes or take an Optional: tour to Lindos.
Day 11: Rhodes - Santorini
Transfer to the airport for a flight to Santorini. Arrive and transfer to your hotel for overnight.
Day 12: Santorini
A free day to visit one of the many villages of Santorini perched on top of the volcano or enjoy a sun-soaked afternoon on the beach.
Day 13: Santorini - Mykonos
Transfer to the pier for a hydrofoil or ferry ride to Mykonos. Arrive and
transfer to your hotel. Enjoy the nightlife of Mykonos.
Day 14: Mykonos
Explore the many beaches of Mykonos and absorb the ambiance of this
Cycladic Island during this day at leisure.
Day 15: Mykonos
- Athens
Morning is free. Board an afternoon flight to Athens. Arrive and
transfer to your hotel. Enjoy an Optional: dinner with folklore dancing or
visit the quaint Plaka area.
Day 16: Athens
Tour Athens’ famed Acropolis with its breathtaking view and renowned
Parthenon, followed by a visit to the Acropolis Museum. On your own, explore
the Plaka with its open-air taverns and traditional shops.
Day 17: Athens - Return
A Neon Tours representative escorts you to the airport for the flight
home.
