For additional information about obtaining a Croatian visa please visit: www.croatiaemb.org Bosnia-Herzegovina Visa Requirements VISA REQUIREMENTS Listed below are documents required by Embassy when applying for a visa to Bosnia and Herzegovina:
1. Valid passport of applicant 2. Application form (completed and signed) 3. Copy of valid US visa or Alien Registration card 4. Copy of round trip ticket or itinerary 5. Two passport size picture
II In addition to the above, following items must be presented:
a) If traveling as a tourist: 1. Voucher of travel agency stating that trip has been paid in full 2. Copy of your last bank statement
b) If visiting friends and/or relatives: 1. Notarized letter of invitation from person(s) the applicant intends to visit
c) If traveling on business: 1. Letter from employer stating the purpose of the trip to Bosnia and Herzegovina 2. Notarized letter of invitation from a company in Bosnia and Herzegovina
III In addition to the above, a personal appearance at the Embassy is necessary. Without an individual's appearance the Embassy can not issue a visa. Payments must be made in money order/ cashier’s check (if applying by mail) payable to the Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Personal checks cannot be accepted.
Please include a self-addressed pre-paid return envelope. Must be trackable mail, otherwise add additional 15 USD for mailing costs.

Once Embassy receives the official stamped papers (from Medjugorje via DHL), the appointment for an interview will be scheduled for the visa petitioner to appear with all other docs (incl. completed form and fee mentioned below)
