Group Utilization Schedule:
90 days prior - Preliminary name list (approximately 60% of allotment should be sold).
60 days prior - Final Name List and Final Payment is Due
30 days prior / - 206 Tours is processing final documents & airline tickets
59 days prior / - up to 15 days prior 206 Tours will make every effort to accommodate new bookings, providing that space (air and land) is still available. If confirmed, payment in full must be sent within 24 - 72 hours of confirmation.
