Depart from your home city for your overnight flights to Croatia.

Day2
Sunday, June 17, 2018 | Arrive in Zagreb

Day3
Monday, June 18, 2018 | Zagreb

This morning, enjoy a city tour featuring the historic Upper Town, St. Mark’s Church, St. Catherine’s Church, the Cathedral, Parliament and Government Palace. A short yet scenic drive takes us to Kumrovec, situated on the bank of the river Sutla, along the Croatian-Slovenian border. Kumrovec’ fame is that it was a birthplace of the late Marshal Tito; the president of former Yugoslavia, whose house has been turned into a museum. Today, the major attraction of Kumrovec is the Ethnological Museum Staro Selo (Old Village) with very well preserved village houses from the turn of the 19th – 20th century. So far 40-odd houses and other farm-stead facilities have been restored, which makes Staro Selo the most attractive place of its kind in Croatia. Later, we follow a winding road through the Zagorje Hills. An early dinner of genuine local specialties and wine is served at the restaurant/farm Gresna Gorica (The Hill of Sin) with a magnificent view of the 15th-century castle Veliki Tabor. Overnight.

Day6
Thursday, June 21, 2018 | Opatija – Krk – Opatija

A visit to the city of Krk and a tour of the historical and cultural sights. A visit to Vrbnik, a small island town, and a tasting of homemade cheese and wine in the ambiance of a famous Vrbnik tavern. Following, take a boat ride to Kosljun ( a small island with 16-the century Franciscan monastery). Return to Opatija, dinner and overnight.

This excursion starts from Opatija where the boat will pick you up and take you to see the panoramic view of Lovran, Medveja, Moscenicka Draga and other small places along the Riviera coastline. Return to your hotel, remainder of the day at leisure, dinner, and overnight.
